Details on our Personalized Newspaper

The standard size for the newspaper is 8R (8" x 10").

We can also custom-made for you the way you want it, for example a 2-page newspaper or a larger size newspaper (think about a farewell gift where you can put signatures and wishes on it). I did all this before but haven't got the chance to take photos of it since it was a rush order.

Well, anyway, it's easy peasy to order this paper. We will email you the order form where you have to fill out few standard details of the gift recipient.

You could also request us to add some important message or information in the newspaper. For example, I did a newspaper where the mother requested me to put a special song dedicated to his son. Or another mother who has son sharing the same birthday, thus she wants it to be mentioned in the newspaper as well.

Basically, the more info you could provide us, the more interesting the story will be. Of course sometime if you want to make a gift for your kid's friend for example, then you might have trouble finding the fact. So, all you need to do is just give us the non-optional info and we can work out from there (insyaAllah).

Then, you need to email me the photo. Let say, if you want to give it to somebody whom you do not have his photo, then all we do is just substitute with a nice suitable clipart.

It's been a long time since the last Wedding Newspaper that I did. So it was great fun for me to do it again. This time around the order came all the way from Johor, alhamdulillah. Hope Kak Padzidah love the one I did for her niece who just got married. And I hope the bride & groom love it too.

How We Started on Personalized Newspaper

As mentioned in our first post, our lil home biz started way back in May 2005. It took up fine. However, in 2006, I have somewhat neglected the business not that I want to but my new position in the office is more hectic than before and at the same time I was preggy with my no 2 and it was a difficult pregnancy. Plus we had our other personal problems - maid etc.

Despite that, I still do what I like most as a hobby - to create and design using any computer softwares available in town. Of course, my sis which is the professional designer (with the certification and experience) guides me on certain more complicated tasks.

So, in September 2006, I came out with one new creation. I did this as my hubby's gift. Hubby was thrilled as he tore open the birthday wrapper. Of course he was expecting futsal shoes, but hey I gave him something more. It's what I called Personalized Newspaper.

Looking at Hubby's excitement to receive such gift, I thought "Hey, why don't I share it with others who might also need it..."

Personalized Birthday Newspaper

It's been a while since I update this blog. Life has been busier than usual lately. Anyway, we would like to share with you some of the samples newspapers that we've done before...

We've also learnt our lesson. It was unfortunate incident for us when one of the glass framed newspapers shattered to pieces when we delivered via Poslaju recently. The packaging wasn't that secure, but all these while, it arrived safely at customers' doorsteps. Only on that day it did not turn out the way we want it. I have to say I felt bad for the customer.

To Aja, we apologize for the incident and we shall send you a new one with no extra cost, but please be a lil bit patient coz we are trying to find the right packaging so that your order could arrive safe and sound.

Oh, and we intend to improvise the packaging as well..to make it more presentable. Shall update you the photo, insyaAllah.
